At CareHome we set out to fulfill a simple mission, to directly connect individuals to the communities that serve them. We are the world’s first online community that empowers CareHosts and families to connect directly and on their own terms, minimizing costly move-in fees. We strive to create a space that fosters autonomy of choice, access, and inclusion to truly reflect the needs of those whom we serve. Finally, we always ACT in alignment with our core values of Authenticity, Community, and Trust in order to build a community in aging.
